At LFC we offer a variety of fitness and wellness classes at no additional charge. We encourage you to try them all and see how much you can enjoy becoming more fit.  Our
   experienced instructors are eager to help you learn how to improve your fitness level.

                                    B/I/A - Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced
First class; arrive 10 minutes early and tell the instructor. If you have any health issues
please tell the instructor before class.
