20/20

Created for the Beginner, Intermediate, &/or Senior. We start with 20+/- minutes of low to moderate impact cardio exercise, sometimes using a step, sometimes using the floor. We finish the class with 20+/- minutes of body sculpting, &/or Pilates/Yoga/Stretching. Easy to follow, no complex choreography & loads of fun. (BI and Senior)
